Comedy Awards - Cancelled.

Post by Trumpton »

ITV has cancelled this show because of "irregularities" in the telephone voting process.

People could phone in their vote for the best show and surprise surprise the best show was 'Ant & Dec'. Both shows are on ITV.

Hurrah, less Jonathom Woth making crude remarks to get a "laugh".

Thank Christ. It was getting unwatchable anyway. A fairly diverting alternative to other award shows to begin with, but soon become just another smug, tedious back-slapathon dishing out pointless gongs to mediocrities and egoists.

These "remarks" all written by his own hand-picked regiment of script writers.

JW always makes a big play about his slight speech impediment. It's something the media have latched on to in order to give him a "character".
