gekko type light

After hunting around all afternoon and getting no where maybe someone here can help.
I am looking for a circular type light that goes around the lens for close up work, i have seen them before and also seen cameraman using them on TV's porn week, question is where can i get such a light from ????
Any help appreciated in advance.
