Getting slightly off-topic, I remember a psychological
study (at least ten years old). Groups of heterosexual
men and women were shown male & female torsos. They had to
pick out the body types that were most attractive to
them, but they also had to predict what the opposite sex
would pick.

The study showed that men predicted womens tastes accurately,
in terms of body type, but women were convinced that men went
for thinner women than was actually the case.
