well yes, we could have written that as well, but I thought you'd be dismayed at sich a hedonistic lifestyle along with shagging top birds all day!

Trumpton,
The biggest cause of high blood pressure is too much sodium chloride (common salt) try eliminating most of this from your diet. Check your own blood pressure with a machine from Boots. Watch your blood pressure fall and eventually bin your NHS pills.

For your acid eat live yoghurt every morning and drink tea made from ginger root and peppermint.

Eat oily fish like Salmon although fish oils are okay if you can't stomach it.

Also try to exercise regularly, swimming is good.
