I feel it is my duty to report that no crabs were harmed during this experiment.

But if the crab was still alive (which I doubt) then it died in a peacefull way.

Not shouting "Oh, please the waters too hot! Let me out! Miss Layla can you help!!" Layla replies "not after you stuck your claws into my fanny lips, and besides we are having crab salad for tea".

Erm... I am just being silly now.

My understanding of crabs is they have no feeling and quite enjoy a hot bath as opposed to the Japanese who think they enjoy it but 14,000 deaths a year say they don't.
