First off, It's debatable he did all that and second if he did the police have no right to beat the man senseless. They could've just cuffed him and took him to jail THEN none of this would've happened.

When I used to see those police chases on TV in California you see when they caught the guy all they did was at the least tackle him, put a knee in the back and cuff'em. It ought to be the extent of it but when that adrenalin gets flowing ain't no tellin'what these rogue popo's will do.

It's debatable. And no one should take a beating from cops to get some money. Again all they had to do was tackle him down, put a knee to the back and cuff'em. It's that simple. Heck, it was more than one cop there.

No, I'm with c.j. on this one. When you sign up to be a cop you must uphold the law, no matter the provocation. What those cops did was despicable. He should just have been arrested and charged and sentenced, full stop.

You didn't see any of the Nazi's being hit with batons and electricuted with cattle prods before their trials, and they were a wee bit worse than Rodney King.
