Did you see this on the news -
Serial rapist Mohammed Kendeh, from Sierra Leone in West Africa, has been granted permission to remain in Britain by a seriously poncy judge, Sir Henry Hodge, because to send him back might hurt his feelings and infringe his human rights! Well, you'll not be surprised to hear that I don't give the slightest fuck about this lowlife scumbag's feelings or rights. I'm far more concerned about his victims and future victims. He's already assaulted eleven women in the space of five years and savage lowlifes like Kendeh just cannot control their animal instincts. Therefore, the question you must ask yourself is - will it be my wife, girlfriend, or daughter next?
Even the Politically Correct Home Office wanted to deport this fucker - that's how dangerous he is! I reckon the worthless Kendeh should be bundled on the very next plane to Seriera Leone. The twat's most likely living on benefits anyway. He'd be better off back in Africa - his behavior won't raise so much as an eyebrow, considering all the other shit that goes on over there.

What about the human rights of his next victim, for there will surely be one.
We have need of you again, great king.

Let him stay provided he agrees to be castrated, he would probably put himself on the first plane back to Africa with an offer like that !idontbelieveit!
Re: Serial Rapist - Permission To Stay?
The judicary is riddled to the eyeballs with PC cretins who are only concerned with the welfare and sanctity of offenders. This is clearly demonstrated with they pontificate about criminals having "rights".
Again, this story is yet another example of how we have let this country become dominated by the PC Thought Police, and there is not one politican who will stand up and fight this form of Fascism.

Says in the paper today that a judge has now said that Learco
Chindamo killer of headmaster Philip Lawrence will also not be deported
back to Italy. Again this is against the government's wishes
The judge admits that it was a dreadful crime but Chindamo is
not at present a threat. So good old joe public has to take the chance
that he will not re-offend. Do we feel lucky then?

Human Rights legislation simply does not legislate for common sense- it is valid in some occasions, but certainly not in this case.
For the abominable crimes he has committed, callously taking 'liberties' with the Human Rights of other innocent people, he has surely forfeited his right to be protected by such legislation.
It is apparently against his Human Rights to be deported, as he has no family in Sierra Leone; for all he has done, a sense of family means bugger all to this animal. Here, he may be regarded as a 'home-grown criminal'- I'm pretty sure in Sierra Leone, a place where life is sadly very cheap, a man of his inclinations would probably be a serial murderer. A bad seed will develop into an nasty weed, irrespective of the soil it grows on.

Re: Serial Rapist - Permission To Stay?
This case had nothing to do with that popular aunt Sally, the 'Human Rights Act'. There is long standing European legislation that prevents the deportation of any EU citizen who has been resident in another country for more than 10 years, unless there are compelling reasons of national security/safety involved. The adjudication was in line with the LAW. Get the law changed if you dont like it, but dont blame a judge for following the law as it stands. Besides, why should another country take who we dont want? What has Italy done to deserve it?
