They haven't got this quite right, apparently you can shoot a Scotsman in York, only if you're a freeman of said city, then and only then are you allowed to put an arrow in his back.
Also if you just happen to be on the city walls after midnight with a crossbow and you are bored and by chance you see a Scotsman loitering outside (Possibly clutching a bottle of 'Buckie') then you can "let 'im have it.."
How do I know this? I of said city, not a freeman though, so I can't shoot a Scotsman; but my mate can.
A final point, what are moaning about Pizza Hut for? they're all shite the whole world over, no-one in York ever goes to them, only the tourist do.
If you want a belting pizza in York go to Little Italy, it's a restaurant and does takeaway pizza's (It's run by Italians, using Italian produce)None of that deep dish crap.
