The gig last night was awesome! This is my second time seeing the current tour and it was just amazing. Gonna have to wait a long time to top that experience I think. Not bad to say my first job taking pics at a gig was an Alice Cooper gig. Will be posting piccies later on x

Hey Peter

No I didn't see the gig in Nottingham. I had a standing ticket for the Sheffield gig and I was on the front row woo hoo. Didn't move from that barrier from 6.15 til 11.15 when it finished. Was more than willing to go without beer just to be on the front row for Alice again. Hadn't really planned on going twice but I was on the guest list for Manchester so I wasn't gonna turn down the chance to go again hee hee.

I saw Mr Cooper on his 'Nightmare Returns' tour in Dec 86 at Birmingham Odean............he had a muscle bound guitarist called Kane Roberts who's guitar looked like an AK-47....cracking gig. Saw him a few years later on his 'Hey Stupid' Tour at the NEC.........its a souless venue and Alice was pants that night

I'm not a big fan on the Hey Stupid album. Only like a couple of the songs. Wind Up Toy is one of my favourite songs so that's the highlight of the album for me.

I like a lot of the old Alice Cooper songs. Although most of the music I listen to came out before I was born ha ha.

I had forgotten about my goal on this thread. Even tho I didn't come home with any undies after the Manchester gig, I did hook up with Ryan Roxie (who was guitarist when I saw the Dirty Diamonds tour in 05) while I was in Sweden !wink!
