Oh and lets not forget Ben Kingsly's fucking stunning performance in "Sexy beast" made even slightly more distubing by the great mans claim that he based the characters performance on his Gran!!

His performance in "Flamingo road" is FAR better than the one in Casablanca for which he is mainly remembered. Joan Crawford and Zachary Scott aint to shaby either for that matter!!

But the jewel in his crown has to be "The Maltese Falcon" John Huston certainly knew how to assamble (sp?) a top notch cast and no mistakes!!

Which reminds me I think Edward G Robinson is worth a mention in this thread!! "Key Largo" is just fecking fantastic!!
