Cancer is the cells of one's own body mutating into abnormal assymetrical cells that are immortal. This is caused by stress and the pollution of air, food and water. Cannabis helps to prevent this.

The cells are not immortal, and cell symmetry has nothing to do with it. Normal cells have a certain lifespan, and then divide and die, while in cancer the cells divide, but do not die when they should, meaning the body has lots of cells that do not work properly, which can cause the organ those cells make up, to not function as intended, resulting in death.

Sometimes the immune system will kill the offending cells, but because the cancerous cells divide faster, they start to outnumber the slower dividing healthy cells, and since the cancerous cells are being broken down by the immune system, organ failure occurs when there are too little healthy cells left to let that organ function. In both instances, it's the lack of healthy cells that leads to organ failure.

Other times a cancer just grows in the wrong place and puts pressure on some vital nerve/circulatory highway, resulting in death (eg. brain/spinal tumours etc).

As for stress causing cancer........I don't think stress can damage a persons dna. I also do not think cannabis could prevent dna damage either. There's no proof of such an instance.

Stress leads to risky behaviour ie substance abuse

I've seen too many friends get promoted into management positions
and rather than finding a healthy outlet for the pressure they've gone for the 2/3 hour session down the pub after work.Do that long enough and watch your body fall apart

Having watched friends in the throes of the munchies I'd say dope gets you more stressed,especially when the food runs out

Let us not forget,there are only a finite amount of enzymes in the stomach so everytime you over eat you shorten your life?
