email becoming useless

Is it me or is the phenomonon of email becoming rubbished by the shear amount of spam blockers etc etc around.

I have a completely healthy email address - no wiff of spam or porn suggested in it yet im having an abnormal amount of mail not getting through to recipients. Not even bounced back just vanishing in mid cyber space.

Im thinking its quicker - by the time i have established a mail hasnt made it thru - and more efficient to use snail mail.

Can't help you there, sorry....... I'm sure the OTers will offer sage advice.

The only tip I can offer is to get Murphy the cat's paw on the mouse to click 'send' and either by luck or the Mad Laws of the Mystic Cat, it might get there. !wink!

alice u almost sound like u expect me to laugh at u and say "no way". i wud of sent u a pic if u had ur email in ur profile.

there are over 400,000 images (not including duplicated images) of me out there - yes i sat and worked it out one day - so sending someone a little pic is hardly gonna constitute robbery in my books.

As my fella says - shy kids dont get sweets.

And some of us who haven't also have had this problem (though it's more a case of getting addresses from someone else - not bgafd admin).

I've read a few articles which invariably come to one conclusion

Bouncing spam is just pointless because its only bouncing legitimate email addys that have been stolen/harvested from the net
The more clogged the servers become see above post
