Internet pictures into posters??

This is real shot in the dark as i suspect that it wont be possible, but i can ask.
Basically I have saved onto disc a fave photo of model Joanne Guest taken from the internet, which would make a great poster for my wall.
I would like to ask if there is any company or indivdual that could turn this into a poster bearing in mind that:
1.It is taken from the internet
2. There may be copright issues
3. It is pornographic (solo female nudity)
I would like to hear from anyone who could do this for me. A fair price would be paid.!

Aside from possible issues about copyrights & nudity.
Generally, the resolution of a photo from the web will be way too low for printing. It will look pretty bad on A4 size paper, let alone on a wall poster size.
