I heard last year's show went ok, despite teething problems...... but I'm picking up vibes that this year's show was pretty shoddy. How did it go relative to last year?

For my few cents worth i think the sooner the industry talk pisses of back over to the dark side of t forum the better
To put the shows into perspective you need to go back to the start
when it was all about having a good time and raising some money for a good cause-anti-cancer
In the beginning when the shows were organised by Wendy Taylor
they went off without a hitch.
Ask Ace he attended most of them and would know better than my fading memory recollections
I'll say no more as I have no idea of who took over from her

Wow! These are how chinese whispers start. Both Deuce and Fudgeflaps are talking about two different things as if they were the same thing.
Let me enlighten you.
The BGAFD parties were initially helmed by Wendy Taylor then morphed into the Strictly Broadband party which is similar but now organised by Strictly Broadband. The first one took place last September.
UKAP have absolutely nothing to do with the UK Adult Awards 2006 or 2007.
Please refrain from saying this because it simply isnt true.

My turn to do the enlightening... this year's BGAFD party became the Summer Porno Party, which was a charity event, not for profit. We were just the suckers who organised it. !wink!
There may well be another BGAFD party, and we'll be happy to participate if there is one.
