Listening to Pink Moon just now, and cannot believe this guy's stuff was so criminally overlooked during his short working lifetime. I know we've discussed him at odd times before, but he really was something special. Has been in vogue for a few years now, since the likes of Paul Weller cited him as a major influence, but I cannot understand what was so much better in the early 1970s that his career didn't take off.
