I've hesitated before posting this because I don't want to be drawn into a pointless slanging match but I thought you were very cruel to Autumn. Not only that you hide behind your 'nom-de-plume' as well as not giving your e-mail address.

You made quite a few arrogant comments and which you term honest, objective advice. Well here's some from me

1. If you want girls to work for you and perform well treat them nicely. Just because you don't like tattoos, piercings, black hair, small feet, big noses etc etc doesn't mean no-one else does. Variety is the spice of life!

2. If you want girls to turn up to a casting try offering an incentive like payment. On the other hand why not try and convince them why they should work for you and not expect them to parade themselves in front of you on the off chance you'll think them suitable to work with. (Violet's look is well known so why did you invite her to the casting if you knew you'd never use her!)

3. Remember without girls like Autumn, Layla-Jade, Rebekah, Michelle, Violet, me and others like us you wouldn't have a product to sell!

4. Be a man - come out from behind your alias

5. Let the girls judge you like you judge us. Stand naked before us and we'll offer you some 'honest, objective advice' (not that I agree you were being objective but rather subjective)

Well said Wendy - Autumns a lovely girl - done a couple of jobs for us and will be doing more - In fact her look should broaden her appeal, she should be able to get main-stream and fetish work.

Dibble needs to wake up to the modern world - looks and trends are changing. Very soon girls without tatoos, piercings etc will be rare.

Why does he hide behind a 'nom-de-plume' - is he embarressed, ashamed or scared. We will never get this buisness to be accepted if we all hide away in dark corners - just adds amunition to the view of the 'porn persecutors' that people involved in the business are all faceless bastards.

Obviously there are people who use the board that know who he is (Wendy). I, for one, challenge him to reveal himself to the rest of us.

Good on yer Wendy! I know that Autumn wanted some reasons why she may not be getting so much work but the slating you gave her (dibble) based on your own personal views was not called for.

We have Remmington Steel and John Mason on here giving us their wealth of experience and supporting Autumn, where as you hide behind a name with no e-mail address,as Wendy says,and happily give a new model in the business the sort of confidence boost that no-one needs.

I myself dont usually go for the goth look on a model, or one with loads and loads of tattoo's etc, but if she is horny, gives a good enthusiastic performance and is totally up for it then I will buy the video in question- that's what we are all for seeing, we dont want someone who is our ideal woman on the exterior(in our heads) just going through the motions with no enthusiasm- what's the point????

I have met Autumn and is a lovely person and would give a second thought about shooting her in a still set or film.

Thanks for all your support, I was a bit miffed by the comments but unfortunately you have to take them in this game (I get abuse just walking down the street so it's no surprise!)and noone is going to change who I am.
