Yup, I only have a BT line. Although I should be able to get another ISP via my BT line.

I use Be* the speed isnt what it should be (bad BT line... noise hum) but doing over 60gigs in 5 days I cant complain as they have yet to enforce any "fup" on any member where as all the major players are hitting users with the FUP and throttleing or killing accounts.

Virgin (NTL) on net (cable) was good... but my new place doesnt have cable... so I went Virgin off net (over bt) what a pile of crap... I bailed after 2 months as they changed their TAC's and introduced a load of changes to the FUP so I argued that they had changed their TAC (Despite the FUP not strictly being part of the TAC's) and they let me, along with a lot of others, bail with no charges.

NTL/Virgin don't want the off net part... but they had to reverse buy it to get the Virgin name for the on net (cable) part.

Now they, like most of the big players, have to many users and not enough backhall... especially as they are upping the speeds on cable, but at the same time choking the users that actually use the incresed speeds... it will get worse as IPTV over BT gets precidence over internet users.

So if you want to change ISP... dont go to the Be* I use, cos I want to keep having fast internet access, lol.

The only difference between erotic art and porn is how much you can charge for it... 3.99 a mag its porn; 399 a print, its art!

If you hang it on a wall... would the Rev. faint or comment on it; if the former its Porn :-P

Go to Trumpy and enter your phone no/post code to find out if Be* is in your area. If it is, do yourself a big favour and cancel your BT broadband and sign up to Be*.
