So how does one go about reliably getting viagra

Being a man of a certain age a couple of recent forgettable incidents prompted me to go visit my GP to see about maybe getting some viagra to see if it would help.

My GP is a good bloke but explained he was not allowed to dish out such stuff but he greatly sympathised. He put me forward for some blood tests and after that he said he would refer me to a clinic at the local hospital were if I could convince them I was suffering enough I might get prescribed a tablet a week. This sounds completly useless and drawn out.

I'm quite happy to buy my own and not burden the NHS with my issues but as far as I know its not possible to get this stuff across the counter. So given there are a billion scam emails out there my question is, how does one go about getting a safe and reliable source for viagra in this country.
