Forgot to put the outside blinds down yesterday and it peaked at 41.6C at 4.00PM....roasting all night on about 35C

I've never been so clean...just clawing my skin and all the dead skin cells come off like magic.

Personally i prefer mid 20sC...

No need for sunscreen protective clothing hats or thermal under wear under 3 layers of clothing(thats when i really sweat and stink to high heaven)Got a nervous disposition apparently
