No, it' not just you. It raised my eyebrows a bit too. I'm sure there are many idiots, weirdoes and wasters who contact models, but I don't see how one can determine that from a simple straightforward query as to whether one is available and of a mind for an assignment. The models response seemed abrupt, premature and, frankly, a little odd. It seems to me a proper professional response would have been "Yes, depending on what do you have in mind and where and when you propose the shoot would take place." The photographer?s response to that would then give a far more concrete insight into his state of mind.


?And we have people agreeing with this rude, obnoxious, supposedly 'professional' model. Are they all a bit psycho??

No, I wouldn?t go that far, Sam. The overenthusiastic photographer/producer sorts you allude to just seem a bit sad ? gushing, creaming and eulogising over some so called ?model?, who when one clicks on the provided link expecting the Goddess Venus herself, turns out to be some extremely dreary looking chav bird with a barbed wire tattoo, a Bernard Matthews-ish plucked beaver, and a flat, rat-eaten hairstyle, so bland and insipid it redefines the word banal.
