It is with great pride that I have never watch this programme.

I partially disgareed with you opinion.

Up to a point - yes.

But that would mean breaking my duck.

With this type of programme we (the public) are subjected to endless stories in the press and media about the characters, the storyline and the actors. Unless one has lived like a hermit for the past 25 years it becomes unavoidable not to glean, albeit in passing, a slight glimmer of the show. Therefore, based on these insights I have come to the conculsion that I will not watch this programme.

I never said that I hate Eastenders. I adopt a netural position.
Based on anecdotal mutterings I've gleaned it's not a show that would be of any interest to me.

Re: Sense and Sensibility
Trumpton if you ever feel like slashing your wrists or taking a massive overdose then you must firstly watch a couple of Episodes of Eastenders to "get you in the mood" ... hope this helps.!wink!
PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?
Re: Sense and Sensibility
I don't think Whitehouse adopted a netural position about porn.
Again I say, this programme does not hold any interest to me.
