I was in AIM, in Woodland Hills, getting tested. The form asked for my performer/stage name and I thought of how you do your porn name (first pets name and mums maiden name). I used my nan's maiden name instead because it began with 's' like my first pet's name. I entered it on the form.

While in LA I signed up on here and used the same name, so here I am.

Sam Slater.

Mine primarily derives from former Gongster, Steve Hillage who on the odd occasion has been referred to as Hillfish. He is now one half of System 7, the other half being partner Miquette Giraudy.

This also serves as a username for another forum for fish, as I keep a pond and live on the top of one side of the Wensum valley, Hill-fish. As luck would have it I was the 777th registered user, 777 being the title of a System 7 album.

This is very illuminating Prof. I've known you (over cyberspace that is) now for over a year and I wasn't aware of your background. I knew you were in the US for a while, but as to the precise nature I was ignorant - until now.

I did a few scenes Trumpy, nothing much. Ironically my Nan passed away while I was over there so I decided to stop. (I was, afterall doing something she would have disapproved of, and all under her maiden name)

Reading your posts I did have a vague notion that you might have/had been involved with the biz. You seemed remarkably well informed about certain subjects - especially when you've place them next door.
