And incidentally....
It came from Nesmith's one hour special called 'Elephant Parts' which broke new ground and won award after award in 1980.
Nesmith sold the concept to Warner Bros. for several millions- and they started what became MTV as a result.

I had a dig at Zooter- who didn't? But it wasn't meant to be homophobic. I have no problem with gay people- but the holier-than-thou Zooter really got on my tits.
