Kinda ironic that when Amy Whinehouse was just a normal, healthy looking girl she got fuckall success. Then when she turns herself into the female Pete Doherty she is arguably the most popular female artist in the country. Her voice was no worse way back in the day.
If she's hooked on the crack then good luck to her, she'll bloody well need it.
In my opinion as an artist, she's no Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Nina Simone or Joni Mitchell...yet.
