The magazine is 'A Mexican Odyssey' and the book is Volume 2, entitled 'The Idiots Abroad'.

Forbidden Planet seem to have a book on sale
It does include 'The Idiots Abroad' amongst other stories.
Have you tried any 'head' shops. I did pick a few up once at the Cropredy festival in the mid 90's from one of the head stalls there. I would imagine any other festival would have a stall that would sell them too, unless of course, they are that rare these days.
