I've met the man on the street............and he's a cunt

Re: Alan Carr
Yes, he usually goes for the 'arsehole' rather than the 'what'..him being a 'Chutney Ferrater' and all that.
Re: Alan Carr
The Gays are taking over prime time TV on the UK!!
It seems you have to be a salami muncher to get a decent contract nowadays, ala Graham Norton, Dale Winton and Paul O'Grady (and that is just the ones that have come out the closet).
But to answer your question no I don't rate Alan Carr as being funny, interesting, entertaining or able to string a sentence together (he should tick all of those boxes to be on prime TV)- the fact that he is a shirtlifter has no bearing on that whatsoever.

PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

I agree with you on all points except for one, the dwarf bit. This may come as a shock to you, but all the television channels will not have any person with a disability on because, well they ( The producers and the companies) just don't like and are very prejudiced against anyone with a disability.
I have a friend whose a dwarf and works in the 'Meeja industry' and he often recounts some shocking stories about so-called 'celebs' and their general c***tishness; Gervais and Chris Moyles being two of the prime offenders.
Funnily enough, he also says that the shirt-lifters usually are the nicer people to work with.
