Well, if an ex-chairman of a massive oil company like Shell say we should cut back on oil use, something's getting through.

So fuck?!!! I don't get their logic here. What's the moral of that remark - money lets you do what you want? I pay more road tax so I should be able to drink & drive, or get away with speeding in built up areas?
