I received an email today from my ISP (BT) informing me that last month I'd exceeded my monthly gigabyte allowance. I'm only permitted 5 Gb per month and BT told me that I'd used 5.34 Gb. They say they'll ignore it on this occasion, however if I exceed my monthly allocation next month they'll charge me 30p for every Gb over my stated limit.
Bloody cheek.
Cheeky BT.

I know, that's why I thought it was cheeky for BT to inform me about my "transgression".

The people who program the AI and culture surrounding this type of jobsworthism are most definitely cheeky.
