I'd say the wrestlers are worse. Amy had the talent before her supposed 'crack-whore' days, while the wrestlers are using substances to enhance their performance.
Winehouse still has the talent, drugs or not. Can that be said of wrestling ability without enhancers?

No, I don't know much about wrestling, but studying to be a physiotherapist, I know enough about anabolic steroids, and it's affects on muscle hypertrophy/recovery times by freeing up testosterone receptors, increasing rna activity, etc etc.
The 'whys' are really unimportant. What you cannot do is say Amy Winehouse is a crack-whore, but these wrestlers are okey-doky.
