No what I thought was that once I get personnel sorted out I would get them to publicise it via their sites. Somebody told me that Shaz is interested, we're in e mail contact, I think that it will show we are for real.

Don't think we were trying to fool anybody. OK if you were organising an event like this you would want to know that the total strangers who said they were coming were actually going to come. How about I give everybody who has slagged this idea off so far free entry. The only thing I would need is a scan of your plane/train ticket so that I knew *you* were for real. Hope this cures your scepticism. If you are unhappy with that, then there's not much more I can do. As far as the criticism of my organisational abilties goes, this is just an idea at present.

I have made my "fortune" on the basis of "speculate to accumulate". Most of my ventures I funded upfront with my own cash. Some made me money, some didn't. Offer a good product and the customers will come.
For me, it seems a bit odd to try and attract U.K. based customers as the sole clientele for an event overseas although it is often cheaper to fly to Europe than catch a Virgin train from Manchester to Birmingham. To try and make money like this is, for me, doomed to failure.
Now, anybody that wants to come to my session in Prague ......

The show I have in mind will be rather good. Prague is a good location but Amsterdam is about 45 minutes flying time from London, easily and cheaply reachable even as a day trip and pretty good value for money. It's really meant to attract people who were thinking about going to A'Dam anyway with the bonus that there are other things (even other shows) to see there too.
If there are other attractive reasons to justify a trip abroad, people are more likely to come. Plenty of people go to A'DAm anyway for two main reasons, the sex industry (or rather it's reputation) and good smoking fodder. The market is there.
