I read she's off to join Five News on a reported annual salary of ?1,000,000!!!
She says she's "embarrassed" by receiving such a large amount just for reading the autocue a few times a week.

Never rated her that much. She got severely hyped up by the beeb
when she did that dance show. In fairness to her I probably wouldn't
have turned this money down either. Just don't understand why she's gone
public about being embarrassed - she could have accepted less money if
she felt so strongly about it (high unlikey I know)
Anyway Kirsty Young is far better in my opinion
