Yes, I can't lie. It does look like a piss take. Wazza said it was a tribute so who knows? The mods didn't deem it offencive or it'd be deleted. (Side note: I didn't know steve56 has had learning difficulties in the past, so maybe he expressed this to the forums more than 2 years ago? I doubt WZR knew either or he may have been more careful about any tributes. He's not here to defend himself now unlike you, so you're at a major advantage).

As for the slander....you're having a laugh. I already apologised, and you've threatened me physically, twice, and again admitted it here (to which I have screen shots incase of deletions).

Threatening me or the mods with legal action because you want to get away with threatening people is cowardice to the highest degree. Of course, it is a ploy to put pressure on the mods to delete my profile, it seems to me.

Leave the mods and the forum out of this as we are both adults with our own minds. Feel free to take any action you want against me personally.

I reiterate: I've already apologised, despite that what I said was not a direct accusation (and even insinuation is open to doubt). Your threats were direct and after numerous requests for an apology, you haven't given one.

The above statement was NOT accusation, or insinuation. It was used to show that an excuse of being drunk and doing illegal things, or posting threats of violence, is a weak excuse indeed.

Wazza got banned, fair enough. It's the mods forum and while I might think there are worse offenders than Wazza, I respect their decision. And while we're on the subject of mods and the forum, I'd like to clarify the following:

Regardless of accusations I may receive; regardless of names being called, or threats made; even if you'd actually come down and knocked my front teeth out (laughable btw, but I'm indulging you), I want to make clear to all that I would not threaten the mods with legal action, or put the boards existence in any danger over a stupid forum dispute. Carac is big enough to stand up for himself, but I hope he forgives me in this: Carac has only ever said good things about you magoo. I had you sussed in the summer but Carac told me you were an ok bloke. Just like you're having a go at me for associating with WZR, you are now doing it with Carac. I don't know about Geordieland, but in Sheffield we have names for people like you. You're a snide. You want to be centre of attention and will befriend whoever makes you feel great about yourself. You'll then nonchalantly trample on them for personal gain, (or in this case, a personal crusade). You want them to back you up and yet put their forum in danger without thought. You're the kid that keeps the whole class behind at school, just because you won't own up to setting the fire alarm off.

The last time you wondered on here you caused a shitload of bad feeling and abuse, only to do it again on your return. You've caused more shit in 2 5 hour bursts than what WZR caused in daily postings over months.

We're all cunts at times, and I'm far from perfect, but thank god I've got some principles and balls to apologise to an enemy.

If you can't be civil while on the bottle then leave it alone. If you have a problem leaving it alone then get help, but quit coming on just to indulge in unprovoked attacks on me at 3am (this is the second time in less than a month).

I'm sorry to everyone for my part in this crap. Harmony Hex has already alluded to the 'dark cloud' over the past few days, and magoo didn't need to come on here making it worse. We've already lost Jacques (wzr was the final straw, not the whole story btw), WZR is banned, I'm being set up for the chop....so who's next? Carac, alice, mcfister? The whole fucking set-up because of one forumite who pops in every 2 weeks to cause mayhem?
