Now then, Sam. The reason I mentioned you was that you were one of WZR?s main apologists. You looked up to him even though he was a cruel arrogant bully. But why didn?t you think to yourself - ?Hold on a minute. How can this man be an enlightened, socially concerned citizen, a good person, a NuLabour person, when he daily proclaims himself intellectual king of the forum? How can he be good when he looks down on everyone else and is nasty, mean, and spiteful to anyone that dare challenge him? How can he be honourable and benevolent when many other forumites have to slip quietly by, lest they incur his wrath?? It was nothing more than an intellectual reign of terror and his benevolence was akin to that of Uncle Joe Stalin. Yet you seemingly couldn?t, or wouldn?t, see it. This calls into question your judgement, and inevitably your judgement on other matters as well. I just wanted to make that point.

Why didn?t I mention you sucking up to Warren before? To be frank it wasn?t much of an issue for me until the last couple of weeks ? although I was aware of other forumites disquiet in respect of this matter. But when you started cack-handedly backing him and his wanky arguments recently I was beginning to get a bit peeved and would have had to say something had things continued on that course much longer. So, just why did you hitch your horse to the cart of such a knave?

Think yourself lucky, Sam. Look what happened to Mrs Ceausescu and Saddam?s cronies after they were removed from power. Happily, round here, we?re more charitable and forgiving of sinners who repent.

With regards to me drawing an analogy between Warren and you, and Dastardly and Mutley. Well, I?m afraid I couldn?t resist. I had this image in my head and I was fair tittering as I typed. But cheer up, Sam. Dastardly and Mutley are two of my favourite cartoon characters ? after Top Cat and Dibble, of course. Whayhey!

My dear Emily, I?m afraid I haven?t a clue who you are or what you look like. So when you suggest I?ve made a personal attack on you I must admit to being baffled. Maybe you inadvertently got caught in the firing line of one of my frequent, blunderbuss like, anti-chav assaults? I?m a rabid opponent of the chav-bird look, the chav-bird attitude, and the general 21st century chav-bird zeitgeist. However, I do try to avoid singling out any one individual (except for ?celebs? ? Jordan, Brittney, etc), as it just wouldn?t be cricket. So if you got the impression that I was, er, ?fingering? you or heaping responsibility on your shoulders alone ? then no, I most certainly was not.

Anyhow, you?re obviously an articulate, well-spoken, young lady, unlike the vacuous celebs who immediately spring to mind as being chav-bird icons. It?s also nice to have you taking part in real discussions and debates ? you?ve got stuff to say that?s worth listening to, and I regret you can?t say that of everyone who posts on these forums.

I promise to deploy my anti-chav rants in a more sensitive fashion in future ? paying due regard to the sensibilities of those like yourself who maybe within earshot. So, how?s that then?

Even his sudden disappearance to breed chickens in Bow strikes me as a performance art piece in itself.

I've never met Emily, although it would be nice to one day, and she hardly needs me or anyone else to defend her corner. But she does come across as intelligent and thoughtful- and not as anything else.

Fair enough. A clearer explanation has tidied things up, rather than the 'Mutley' jibe from earlier.

Let me make this clear. I agreed on some things, and definately disagreed on others when it not only comes to Wazza, but other forumites as well. In the past we have agreed and disagreed in just about equel measure, which, I think, is normal and healthy. If I have agreed with Wazza on some political, ethical or moral issues then this is just coincidence, not some lapdog duty of mine.

I didn't come her to be anyone's laccy and I don't think that forumites that agree with you on certain issues are your laccy, mutley, or any other sidekick one can dream up, either.

I'm better looking than Mutley for a start.
