I already do: YOU are a personality disorder. You lack so much responsibility, self-esteem and control that you label other people and are coated by a shroud of resentment, rendering you mentally ill, most probably with a degenerate, deviant and obsessive personality disorder. Such is your negativity and bitterness, you label other people, even without being a doctor to make an accurate diagnosis or having questioned the individual you use your B.Sc (hons) from the University of Wikipedia to gladly and gleefully be the judge and jury of the infinite: another person's mind.

such is your neurotic pyschosis that you blame OTHERS, undermining human nature itself for personality disorders and, probably, your own problems. You are irresponsible, judgemental, lack control and restraint and act like a child in pointing these things out, much like a naughty kid giggling at a spastic's limp. there is reverse psychology in all of this, where all of your emphasis is either denial or self-directed pent-up anger.
