Sticky BBQ Ribs! One of my midnight cooking adventures!

Here we go, get the ingredients and tools !grin! You need spare ribs (I used 7) and then 2 jars of sticky BBQ sauce. And you need a mixing bowl and latex gloves if you don't want sticky fingers !wink!

First, put all the spare ribs into the mixing bowl

Then use whatever means necessary to get the BBQ sauce out of the jar. I prefer tickling it out !grin!

Next, pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs.

Use up both of the jars !happy!

And then, ATTACK THE MEAT!!! GRRRRRRR

Mix the spare ribs into the BBQ sauce and make sure they are all coated

Get those hands dirty!! Yum!

That's it. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the fridge over night. Give them a few shakes the next day to make sure all the meat is getting covered.

To cook, stick them in a roasting dish and put them in the oven on 180 for an hour. And then yum yum yum enjoy!!!!

Mind you, I'd have been happy with you naked and just pouring the sauce all over your body. But then again- I am easily pleased....!grin!

Those gloves are scaring me... but i rather fancy some ribs now.

I'll have to post my recipe for Coca-Cola sticky chicken - yum!

Add some treacle for extra sticky-ness, cook on a wire rack so all over coating gets cooked as opposed to one side getting scorched if lying flat on a regular tray.
