flash/java plug ins/

how do i check if i have the latest ones
and do i need these for all browsers or just one lot

You only need to install them once but maybe you have old versions, or uon installing browsers they didn't recognise the plugins properly?

done that sam,java said up to datebut updated flash player but everythings still the same,its just those 3 sites nothing else just bgafd/egafd and you tube which wont load in firefox/opera or ie7 weird aint
cant be a virus or everything would be same wouldnt it

just visited the evil angel website sam for example on ie7 and firefox,no probs at all but if i tried to get here on firefox or ie7 theryed be no joy

I'd reinstall the jave and flash plugins anyway. The scanner just detects that you've installed them; it doesn't detect whether they installed properly.

If the above doesn't work I can only advise you to completely uninstall Firefox the way I suggested, before reinstalling it (though you said that's too complicated).

Did you delete all your cookies?
