Achilles heel

Post by adultwebmaster »

Hi guys.

I damaged my achilles heel recently and have spent most of my time in bed the past week.

It's got to have been the most painful bloody injury I've ever had.

Anyone else suffered from this?

By the way....anyone see the excellent Terminator series last night?

Badly fitting shoes will make your feet swell when you take them off at night. The swelling restricts blood flow so your feet feel numb when you wake up!

Have you checked to see if you have flat feet? Weak arches can also give you bad knees.

I suffered a fractured ankle a few years back stumbling out of a boozer(long story). Was in plaster for about 5 weeks. The ankle still niggles me even though i went through a couple of weeks of physio.

Btw anyone see that Birmingham players tackle on the Arsenal player?.Very much x rated and not for the feint hearted !shocked!

i occasionally suffer from intense pain on the sole of my left foot,so bad that i can't put my foot on the floor at all.The doctor prescribes ibuprofen cream which eases the problem after a few days, but can't give me a definitive reason for the problem occurring in the first place, though thinks it is probably a nerve problem.very frustrating!
