Another factor is vinyl being replaced first by CD's,then mini discs and now mp3 players Ipods etc.

I loved my vinyl collection but replaced it all with CD's.

If you can't beat them,join them.

Didnt they used to play vinyl back in the Jurassic era? heh heh..Jus kidding. I know you old die hards out there prefer the ol plastic discs for that warmer sound and the sound of fried chicken.

The only thing i miss about vinyl is scratching.can't do that with CD's !laugh!

Mixing vinyl was quality as well.
