Sadly, I think many of the evil bastards who may have started the abuse at the place are long dead, but with abuse allegedly continuing into the late 1970s, and until the place closed in the early 80s, hopefully some of these lowlife scum bastards will be brought to justice for their crimes.
Again, though, as in the case of Fred West and the local police, questions need to be asked about the authorities not keeping an eye on this place, particularly when allegations were being made.
