I'm afraid I don't know anymore than you whether it will be in the Tory Manifesto - or indeed the NuLab manifesto. Mike only specified "the ruling classes". Maybe he will be more forthcoming in subsequent posts?

We do seem to be the foremost state in Europe whom is most likely to be spoon fed american culture in our Cinemas, on the Telly and on our Radio's, ever night on the news we get reports from the U.S., about 15 minutes of coverage of the Presidential elections on the channel four news, if you stop and listen to young women in they're twenties , you may be forgiven for thinking they are from orange county or somewhere else in southern California, Great Britain being absorbed into the U.S.A seems the next logical step, If you'd care to notice for one thing, british english on the internet is treated like a dead tongue.
