Murdered girl in Goa

Quite rightfuly so,the mother should face negligience charges as a well diciplined mother does NOT allow her daughter to run roughshod over her and do whatever she wants.

I know the circumstances are different,well,sort of.But if the mother of this girl is being charged for negligience,why do the Mcann's walk away scot free for neglecting their daughter?

Don't tell me, different class and better P.R. !whistle
