Did that come from an England player? I missed the actual profanity as I popped out to make a cuppa and only caught the reaction from those in the studio.

Re: Proud to be Welsh
If it's live they can't stop it being broadcasted.
How many times have you heard on Sky TV football games, the fans chanting "the referee's a wanker" or "who the fucking hell are you"?,among all sorts of grutuitous chanting,as well as players swearing as you don't need lip reading skills to suss out what they're saying.
It's beyond prevention and out of the hands of TV crews.Trumpton wrote:

Re: Proud to be Welsh
It was Cipriani- Jill Douglas apologised, he stood away from the interview and Jerry Guscott referred obliquely to the fact that he 'still had some maturity to get'.
You can't control a football crowd or audience- but you should be able to control an England international sportsman!

Re: Proud to be Welsh
Sorry colonel.I thought Trumpton was refering to a member of the crowd swearing. You're right if it's a player, especially if they're mic'ed up,which i believe Rugger players are.
Sorry for any misunderstanding.colonel wrote:
