Way out of date. Modern kids will see it as twee and middle class. Can't see the X-box generation taking to it.

Loved the "Comic Strip Presents".... versions, with Uncle Quintin as a drug smuggler or whatever he was.

Read most of the books as a kid. Enjoyed the "....of Adventure" books more than the Famous 5 though.

Was'nt really a fan of The Famous Five,prefered the more mischiefous TV,like TISWAS and Grange Hill.Maybe the reason why i am the person i am today !laugh!.

I loved TISWAS too- but not Grange Hill. School was enough like that as it was.
