Slightly better than Scotland's cardinal, which is always "Vote for anyone who disagrees with abortion." Usually announced at Christmas, Easter amd whenever there is an election in the offing.

Funny how time constraints prevent him from criticising kiddy-fiddlers in his own church, the obscene amounts of money generated by same so that a group of transvestites can have their own little state in Italy, and basically tell poor people in Africa, Asia and South America to carry on having lots and lots of children because it's God's wish---although giving them the means to feed those children apparently isn't.

But then, God moves in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform.

Churches---bunch of hypocrites.

For what it's worth, you may wish to know that that most beloved of saints, Francis of Assisi, came very close to being declared a heretic at a time when heretics were put to death. Apparently, tending to the poor, kissing lepers' sores and living in abject poverty weren't considered very holy.

I always think it's absolutely amazing that Jesus was born and died at a bank holiday.

God does indeed move in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform.
