One of our local London policeman was telling me,he approached one of these lads that hang around shops in groups,and one 13-year old,Mr.Big Shot,the size of two penny worth of sherbet.gave him one mass of verbal abuse,and pointed out "I'll take your number,copper,and report you to my solicitor".
A little charmer who will grow up to be a pillow of society-no doubt,perhaps a cabinet minister.
