I see that 'Tosser' Jowell is banning Labour MP's from mentioning Boris's name during the election campiagn for the London mayor, anybody who mentions his name will be fined ?5.

Does 'Tosser' Jowell insist that all labour MP's also refer to 'Ken' as Mr.Livingston? In the interests of equality & fairness, if not why not?
