switching from yahoo uk and ireland

I type in yahoo.cm and i get directed here,

http://uk.yahoo.com/

so I click on the US flag to switch back to Us version, but after a while it switches back to

http://uk.yahoo.com/

how the fuk do i stop it switching back to uk and ireland?
