Aye, the stabbings have nowt to do with footy, but the northern thing, and those stabbings are enough for me to want Man Utd to win. My uncle's a Leeds fan and just couldn't bring himself to support Man U, so was rooting for Chelsea. Like me, I bet he couldn't give a decent reason why he chose Chelsea over Man U.

I agree about Grant. I feel he's been badly treated by the press, and those divvy 'fans' at Chelsea. On the other hand, he was in Abramovich's ear behind Mourinho's back before he got the job so I think he can be pretty ruthless behind that quiet persona.

I think the leeds man u thing is stronger than the leeds chelsea/southern thing - probably cos the yorkshire lancashire thing is older

not sure i agree about grant, all the speculation about backstabbings is just that, speculation, i prefer to stay out of guessing internal goings on at clubs - i've a feeling he will be a chelsea next year though

nearly done with footy talk for this season, once sunday's over i'm going to hide under a duvet for a month until the euro champs are over!
