but in the image gallerys Internet Explorer says the function
is disabled when i try to save a pix

This subject has been discussed not that long ago if I remember correctly
Something about saving the page and retrieving the pics from it once on your hard disk.
The webmaster did say the right click save option would be amended back in June or there abouts with all the other improvements we hinted at.

i`ve never came across this before
as i`m not that technical what do i need to do to save an image?
it wouldn`t be unreasonable then for me to request a refund?
i give these guys the benefit of the doubt and paid for 3 months

Do a search under 'John Mason Studio save page' or email the site with your problem.
One way or the other there will be a solution.
Possibly by updating your browser you might get lucky.

Just hold your mouse over the top left hand corner of the picture and a grey box will come up...you can save the picture by clicking on the option on the far left.

I think this only works with the latest version of Internet Explorer.

i am using IE6 with windows xp 512mb ram 1.4ghz pc
the save option in the top lhs corner does work for me in this
site, however it does in 3 other pay sites i currently have
also is his site really slow?
i`ve broadband - 30 seconds to display an image
again only slow on this site
