That's the trouble with all mainstream politicians isn't it? They simply speak about what they think the 'people' want and at the moment they think we're all clamouring to be 'green' - NuLabour wanted everyone to 'feel good' so they created the 'feel good economy' and let everyone have their holidays, fancy tv's, new cars etc by letting them live on credit, Bush & co wanted to 'Get Saddam' so they told everyone he had WMD's. etc etc. Hence no real difference
